Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (the color or size or it just didn't fit right), we will gladly take it back for a return or exchange. ONLY IN STOCK ITEMS ARE EXCHANGEABLE. ALL RETUNS FOR A REFUND ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% restocking fee. If you return a dress for an exchange you will be charged a $15 fee to cover the exchange expenses.

Please contact us at, 1-(718)323-3226 or email us at sales@dazoneprom.com within 3 (THREE) days of delivery, to advise us of your intentions and we will issue a return authorization number. In order to exchange an item or receive a refund, you must also ship your package within the same 3 day period. If the package is post-marked past the 3 days allowed, it will be refused and sent back. The $15 fee must be included in the box containing the item you are exchanging. This fee can be paid by check or money order.

DRESSES WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED PAST YOUR WEAR DATE OR REFUNDED.

UNDELIVERABLE MERCHANDISE OR REFUSAL TO ACCCEPT MERCHANDISE WILL ALSO RESULT IN A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

We WILL NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges without a return authorization number. You must write the return authorization number on the outside of the box contain the item you are returning. We will reject all shipments that do not have a return authorization number on the outside of the box. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in the original condition. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancel by the customer.

SPECIAL ORDERS and SALE items a are NOT RETUNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. Special orders are orders for dresses that we do not have in stock.

Shoes, handbags, and jewelry, gloves or garter are not returnable or exchangeable.

Customers outside the United States are responsible for all taxes and duties that your government impose on your order when it gets there.
